Terms of service
Draft terms for the XFriends preview, including wallet connections and the Jupiter-powered Solana swap interface.
Draft updated 30 September 2026
1. Scope and preview status
XFriends is a Rokusho project based in the Netherlands. These draft terms describe the website, character and wardrobe experiences, available conversation tools, wallet features and swap interface. They do not authorize a commercial launch or replace final offering terms. The legal operator's registered name, address, registration number and legal contact still need confirmation. Character records and collection numbers are creative project data, not proof of issued tokens or ownership. Minting, token economics and on-chain fusion are not launched. The privacy notice at /privacy separately describes information processing.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
To use wallet transactions or connected AI services, you must be at least 18, have capacity to enter the applicable agreement and be legally permitted to use the feature and assets in your location. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Do not use XFriends in breach of applicable sanctions, asset transfer restrictions or other laws, or bypass a restriction that applies to you. Technical access or a token appearing in search does not establish legal eligibility. Eligibility requirements, permitted launch territories and any required compliance controls must be reviewed before public swap availability; this draft does not claim that sanctions screening or identity verification is implemented.
3. Wallet control and signatures
You control your external wallet and its credentials. XFriends does not hold your wallet private keys or seed phrase, and the current swap flow requires your wallet to sign. Connecting or signing the login message verifies an address; it is not permission to transfer assets. A transaction signature is different and can authorize asset movement. Check the network, recipient, token mint addresses, amounts, transaction instructions and fees in the interface and wallet before signing. Keep credentials secure and review any token approvals or permissions in your wallet. Disconnecting from the website does not revoke an existing signature or on-chain permission. Wallet applications have their own terms.
4. The swap interface and third-party execution
When enabled on Solana mainnet, the XFriends swap interface obtains routes and transactions from Jupiter, asks your connected wallet to sign the selected transaction, and forwards the signed transaction to Jupiter for execution. Jupiter may route through third-party liquidity and transaction infrastructure. XFriends supplies the interface and server integration; it does not operate Solana or the underlying third-party liquidity pools, and a swap is not a purchase of the input or output token from the XFriends team. Network configuration and provider availability can disable the feature. Uniswap policies informed our drafting, but Uniswap is not the execution provider in the current integration. Describing this technical role does not determine any regulated status or remove duties imposed by law.
5. Quotes, routing and token information
Quotes are time-sensitive estimates, not guaranteed prices or completed transactions. The current interface requests exact-input swaps with a selected slippage tolerance and displays the estimated output, minimum output, price impact, route, provider fees and network-related costs returned by the integration. Routes, available liquidity and prices can change before settlement. A route is not a promise of the best price or execution across all markets. Confirm the exact mint address: token names, symbols, images and provider verification labels can be misleading or incomplete and do not establish safety, issuer authenticity or our endorsement. If a quote expires or no route is available, request a fresh quote and review it again before signing.
6. Fees, slippage and taxes
Swaps can incur liquidity or provider fees, Solana transaction and priority fees, and token-account creation or rent costs. Review the disclosed fee amounts and fee token before approving; price impact and permitted slippage can also reduce what you receive. Network fees can still apply to a failed transaction. Estimates can differ from the final network charge or result, and a quote does not establish a fixed euro or dollar value. The current integration does not configure a separate XFriends referral fee; any future interface fee or commercial charge must be disclosed before authorization. You are responsible for determining and meeting your applicable tax obligations and retaining transaction records. These terms do not create a new fee or approve token-sale pricing.
7. Confirmation, retries and irreversible transactions
A wallet approval, a submission response and a confirmed blockchain transaction are different states. A timeout, missing response or unknown status does not prove that a swap failed. Keep the recovery receipt and check its transaction signature through the available status check or Solana explorer before starting another swap. Retrying the identical signed transaction is different from signing a new transaction, which may create an additional trade. The interface may recover a receipt within the same browser session, but clearing storage or closing the tab may remove it. Confirmed blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed by XFriends. The team cannot promise recovery of tokens, mistaken transfers or network fees; this technical limitation does not remove statutory rights or remedies against a responsible party.
8. Digital-asset and technology risks
You may lose some or all of the value committed to a transaction. Risks include volatile prices, insufficient liquidity, large price impact, stablecoin depegging, fraudulent or restricted tokens, issuer freezes, smart-contract defects, malicious approvals, wallet compromise, validator or network interruptions, provider outages and adverse transaction ordering or MEV. Wrapped or bridged tokens depend on additional infrastructure and may not carry the same risks or redemption rights as the original asset. We do not promise that every such asset or feature is supported. An audit, label or warning cannot eliminate risk, and absence of a warning is not assurance of safety. The interface does not promise deposit insurance, compensation-scheme protection or guaranteed value.
9. Information and AI are not professional advice
Balances, prices, routes, token metadata, articles and fictional character replies are informational. They are not personalized investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, a suitability assessment or a guarantee of returns. You decide whether to request and sign a transaction. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate output; use independent judgment and qualified advice where needed. A character's fictional preferences or relationship do not authorize spending or tool actions, and do not create an obligation to continue chatting or buying services.
10. External providers and optional tools
WalletConnect or Reown, wallet software, Jupiter, Solana infrastructure, AI and voice providers, and fiat onramp providers can have separate terms, fees, restrictions and privacy practices. Review the terms applicable to the service you choose. A fiat onramp purchase is handled by the selected third party and may require its identity checks; opening that flow does not complete a purchase. Optional connected AI accounts, Telegram and agent tools remain subject to their provider agreements and your explicit permissions. Review an agent approval before allowing an external action, and stop or disconnect access when appropriate. Provider availability does not guarantee support, a subscription entitlement or regulatory permission. Nothing here transfers XFriends' own legal responsibilities to a third party.
11. Acceptable use and access restrictions
Do not commit fraud, impersonate others, infringe rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, manipulate markets, trade stolen assets, introduce malware, attack infrastructure or bypass authentication, rate limits or lawful access restrictions. Automated use must not overload the service or access another user's private data. We may restrict a feature or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or a material breach, subject to applicable notice and consumer protections. Restricting our interface does not give us control of your external wallet or erase public blockchain records. You may stop using the service and disconnect your wallet at any time; persistent private records require their separate deletion controls or a privacy request.
12. Fusion, simulations and future offerings
The planned fusion mechanic permanently burns two original friends and reveals a new friend's personality afterward. Some traits may be combined, softened or lost. The current simulator does not burn, mint or transfer anything, and its output does not promise a future result. Before any real sale, mint or fusion launch, separate published rules must specify the assets and chain, prices, fees, rights, possible outcomes and loss probabilities, failure handling, transferability, service entitlements, refund arrangements and any required withdrawal or digital-content consent. No reward, airdrop, scarcity, resale value, future utility or financial return is promised by using the preview.
13. Intellectual property and submitted content
XFriends artwork, designs, writing, branding and software remain subject to their respective owners' rights and applicable licences. Access to the preview grants no ownership of those materials. Ownership of a token would not automatically transfer copyright or commercial-use rights; an express offering licence must define any such grant. You retain rights in content you submit and must have the right to provide it. The permission needed to process and display your content is limited to providing the feature you request, subject to the privacy notice and applicable law; this draft does not grant a perpetual promotional licence over private conversations. To report alleged infringement, provide the material's location, the right claimed, your contact details and supporting information through the available contact channel.
14. Availability, responsibility and consumer protection
The development preview may contain errors, change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate third-party information or a particular transaction outcome. Any disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not excuse obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this draft excludes mandatory consumer protection, data-protection rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit, including for intentional misconduct. We have not selected a contractual liability cap, consumer indemnity, class-action waiver or compulsory arbitration arrangement. A network's irreversibility is not a blanket no-refunds policy for services or assets sold by the operator. Final paid-service and liability terms need a launch review.
15. Changes, complaints and applicable law
We will show the revision date and explain material changes before they apply where required by law. New commercial terms must be presented for the relevant offering and any required acceptance obtained; a draft update does not retrospectively change an approved transaction. Use /contact for questions or complaints while the form is available. A functioning public legal contact and complaint process must be confirmed before launch. These draft terms do not select an exclusive court or governing law; applicable statutory rules and mandatory protections remain in force. No complaint procedure in this draft prevents you from using a competent court or authority. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
